We ran with the big teams and held our own!!!  A big 3rd place finish in such Owosso 269
a competitive meet is a big accomplishment for our team.   Eaton Rapids 326
Holland 334
14 PR's is a great day!!  The competition and course pushed us to the faster Charlotte 359
times.  This was a great result of the training and hard work that began Lansing Everett 466
way back in the summer.  This is only the first step toward our progress that
will continue throughout the season. I'm real proud of your effort and determination that you displayed today!!!!!
We have a challenging week ahead of  us.  Our first full week of school, meet's on Wednesday and Friday, then the
big football game on Friday night will provide a hectic atmosphere.  Be sure to prioritize and balance your schedule
so you feel rested and can perform at the highest level.  We face Lowell on Wednesday, then get a cool opportunity
to race on a fast golf course in Lansing.  Take advantage of the challenge at hand and let's have some great practices
this week.  Help your teammates get through those tough times and we'll be stronger in the end!!!!
