The second time around for this course was much more pleasant for the majority of the team.  It sure does help when
the temperature is a little cooler and the dust isn't blowing as much.  But, the numbers don't lie -- you're all getting
into shape and racing awesome.  Look at those times and be proud of your accomplishments.  In a short 2 weeks
you've made a significant difference in your conditioning.
This is a very exciting time in our season.  Some of you are experiencing the results of the hard work you've put it
since this summer.  Don't be satisfied with your performances, always look to be better and improve.  Look at the
runners ahead of you and work towards running with them.  It starts in practice and then carry it over to meets.
We're 2-0 in the OK White Conference.  That's 16 straight dual meet victories for our program dating back to 2002. That's an
accomplishment from the past and present runners in our program.  You're all part of our success now and in the
future.  Continue that tradition of excellence that we've all worked so hard to establish.
We have a cool opportunity at the Spartan Invitational tomorrow.  Fast course plus good competition equals PR's.  Get your
mind and body ready for the next challenge to our season.
