preparation is practically done. The
hard work you've put in since June and beyond will carry you to some |

| great
performances. Our 4th week of
speedwork has prepared you for this meet in particular. We have 4 girls |
|
| who
are state champions that are running this weekend with veteran experience
during this time of year. This |
|
| all
combines to form a team that is ready to empty the tank in Brooklyn. Let's show the state how we step it |
|
| up
for the final race of the year!! |
