4 Conference Championships in a row!  Absolutely amazing at the way our team has progessed over this season.   Once again
the seniors paced the way to this team victory.  Anytime you can place 5 in the top 9 in the varsity race and take the top
4 places in the reserve race it should be declared a total team victory!
Although the course was muddy and challenging (surprise, surprise) we had 21 girls run their fastest time of the season at
Northview today.  That was our goal at the beginning of the week and the majority attained it to finish the season on a positive note.
We had 2 PR's and about 4 of you just knocking on the door.  This is phenomenal considering the elements.  You truly
showed your heart and determination making sure to finish it off the right way.
This week our focus is on some quality workouts while taking care of ourselves mentally and physically.  We've been leading up
to this time of year and now it's here.  We're ready to show the most competitive regional in the state what we're all about.  The
times over that last few meets are the proof that we need.  Your legs are stronger and faster combined with a great mix of seniors
and freshmen that will show our next challenge what EGR Cross Country is all about.
